Located in Rock Cut State Park in the northeast Rockford, Illinois; this full Olympic distance triathlon consists of a 1500 meter open water swim in Olson Lake, a 40 km bike ride through northern Winnebago and Boone Counties followed by a challenging yet scenic 10 km run on the roads of Rock Cut State Park.

The swim start will be in the water  “wave start”. Wave “assignments”  will be published as race day gets closer.

Awards will be three deep including Overall Male and Female

Relay categories: Male; Female; and Co-ed
